	As manager of the Dallas National Title Services office, Timothy Hardin oversees the marketing and closing operations in Dallas. He is especially effective in trouble-shooting difficult title and escrow issues and in advising title insurance customers of the most cost efficient ways to structure their real estate transactions. A practicing attorney and closing agent for three decades, Tim has been named a Texas Super Lawyer in 2004, 2005 and 2008. He is board certified in commercial and residential real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a member of the bar of the State of New York, where he began his career in 1975. He has worked on all types of commercial properties including office, industrial, health care, multi-family, retail and REO. Tim has held a number of leadership positions with the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association, most recently completing a four-year term on the Council of Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. He is a frequent writer and lecturer on real estate and title insurance topics. A Tennessee native, Tim graduated from The University of Virginia in 1969 and received his J.D. degree from New York Law School in 1974.
